Co-workers having an affair, should I tell them I know?

I suspect that two of my co-workers are having an affair. They are always finding excuses to see each other, they have started having lunch together, they flirt constantly and text each other. He is married, she is not but his daughter works under her. We are a small business with 16 employees. Should I sit down with one of them and tell them I know? If it goes bad it will be very bad for business, I know his wife and it is making work uncomfortable. What do I do?

I don’t like her or want anything to do with her, because SHE implied “SHE GOT TO KNOW MY HUSBAND REALLY WELL” on a weekend that I stayed home from ATV-ing because I was under the weather..

My husband SWEARS she’s lying, but his track record of being able to trust his word (he’s never cheated on me). Now, I am not in a good mood, and KNOW myself well enough to know that if she actually shows here tonight or if I’m left alone with her, there is GREAT chance I’m going to ask her something like “SO, TELL ME HOW MY HUSBAND…. IN YOUR BOOK!”

I dreamt my brother had an affair with my other brother’s wife!?

I have twin brothers and I dreamt that one was having sex with the others wife. I knew and didn’t tell because I didn’t want to hurt my brother and didn’t want the other brother to kill the other one. I was so angry.

i am NOT a cheater, but we got into a heated, nasty, insulting argument, i was very insulted and he broke it off in anger for a couple of weeks. not knowing he would come back (he is a moody guy) (it was about serious issues like our family and religion ’cause we’re from different backgrounds) and i thought he meant it. i still wanted him and now we are back together but during that time i couldn’t help but go chat online with people. nothing happened but i added a couple of guys on facebook and just chatted for couple days. i deleted them now now i feel guilty. during my relationship i didn’t do those things, but in the heat of the moment when he left i did. am i guilty or not?
