Healthy weight?

I am 5’9.5″. I weigh about 145lbs. I have lost weight, about 40lbs, and I was wondering if my weight is healthy. I have a bigger body type, but i still want to tone and I seem to never get there. Any tips? Is my weight healthy? Thank you

You are your ideal weight for your height. You do not need to lose anymore weight. If you want to tone.. Trying running a couple of miles a day or swim. Make sure you eat a bit more though while doing running because it will make you lose weight, and you don’t need to. But running will take away fat and replace it with muscle…it’s very good for toning :)
