In an indian masala, how do I balance out the sourness caused by a little too much lemon juice?

We added a little to much lemon juice to an indian masala dish. What goes well?

I am not sure what dish, but simply dilute it with a little water! Just add a little water to balance and round out the dish! It will work every time, I guarantee it!!
